We take great pride in being fair, respectful,courteous and honest to each and every customer. Therefore, we do not sell, rent, or loan any information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information that you provide to us will only be used to better serve your needs and to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Our web-site is 100% safe, guaranteed. When you use your credit card to shop at Soccer and Rugby Imports, rest assured that the transaction is completely safe. Our Customer Service Team is available to assist you with all your needs Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST) Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (EST). Returning New Items We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons. To make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right for whatever reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Almost all items that have been worn outside will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition. It is important to try everything on indoors. If the item has been clearly used, we cannot accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE (Priority Mail or UPS Ground service) in appreciation of your business with us. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. Returning Defective Items Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Most of the items we sell do require special care because of the materials they are made of. These would include: leather, latex foam, ortho glass, performance fabrics, etc. It is our experience that through normal use and proper care, almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 60 days after your purchase. Because of this, you may return any defective item for 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund. You may also notice that some non-apparel and non-footwear items (such as soccer balls) have extended warranties. These will of course be honored during the life of their guarantee. In extreme circumstances, an item you have owned for more than 60 days, even one that does not show excessive wear or maintenance neglect, may truly be defective. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you. An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping whenever it becomes available. You will not be charged for the back-ordered item until it is shipped. You may also cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we will ship the order when the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in-stock. We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. One of the ways that we ensure that is through providing you with detailed information on an item's fit and construction before you buy it. Our goal is to help you can make the correct decision on what particular size you should order. If you are unsure about your size, simply use your measurements and compare them to the charts that we provide to determine the correct size. Our charts will give you a good idea of the size to order, but be sure to read the special sizing information that may accompany the item description.
